Go Great Lakes Bay is the official housing agency for the 

2024 Friendship Hockey Tournaments. 

This site is specifically for hotel reservations for the

January 19-21, 2024 event only.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

1.        Create a user profile. Click on the red box titled REGISTER NOW. We must have your team’s name,

           contact email, contact address, and phone number. 

           Your information will not be transferred to the hotel without this information.

2.        Once you have registered, you will be able to view hotels and rates.

3.         Select a hotel and request your rooms. 

4.        Team Rooms: If you are requesting rooms for a whole team, you will need to add your team’s name and a name for each room. If you don’t know all the names currently, simply use your name for those rooms and the hotel can change names later.

  IMPORTANT NOTES: 

·       Once you request rooms on this site, they are on a temporary hold for you. The housing system will send your information to the hotel sales manager. The hotel manager will then contact you directly to reconfirm your rooms and have you sign a group sales agreement. Allow 24 - 48 hours for a response. From this point moving forward, you will work directly with your hotel contact. The hotel will confirm with you its booking requirements such as a signed group sales agreement, booking cut-off date and cancellation policy.  

·      Once the hotel has entered your reservation into its own system, you will need to contact the hotel directly if you need to modify or cancel a reservation. The Go Great staff cannot modify or cancel a reservation at the hotel level.

·      The system will ask for a credit card number to guarantee the rooms. This system only collects the credit card information and passes it on to the hotel. We will not charge your card.

·      If you need to change your rooms request on this housing site, please contact our CVB office directly at 800-444-9979. Once your request is modified by the CVB, you will receive a new generated email confirming your changes.

·      Once the hotel has entered your reservation(s) into its own system, you will need to contact the hotel directly if you need to modify or cancel a reservation. The Go Great staff cannot modify or cancel a reservation at the hotel level.
