The Great Lakes Bay Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau is the official housing agency for the 2023 Midland Invitational Tournament.

HOUSING UPDATE:  The following Midland hotel room blocks are sold out:  Baymont Inn, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Sleep Inn, Springhill Suites and the H Hotel.   Please review and consider our great hotel partners in Bay City and Saginaw. 

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

·   To view all participating hotels, click on the link titled “View Participating Accommodations.”

·   To request rooms, click on the red box titled REGISTER. This will take you to the booking page.

·    Each hotel has agreed in advance to hold a block of rooms for this event. Once you request rooms on this site, the hotel will take rooms from their block at the property and reserve them for you.

·    If you are requesting rooms for a whole team, you will need to add your team’s name and a name for each room. If you don’t know all of the names currently, simply use your name for those rooms and the hotel can change names later.

·   The system will ask for a credit card number to guarantee the rooms. This system only collects the credit card information and passes it on to the hotel. We will not charge your card.

·   If you need to cancel or modify a reservation request, please contact our office directly at 800-444-9979. Once modified or canceled by our team, you will receive a new generated email confirming your changes.

·   After receiving your room request, the hotel will contact you directly. At that time, they will confirm any additional information they may need and they will share their cancellation policy.

·   Please Note: Once the hotel has entered your reservation into its own system, you will need to contact the hotel directly if you need to modify or cancel a reservation. The Go Great staff cannot modify or cancel a reservation at the hotel level.
